I fell in love with the look of the Fractal Design Terra casing and reached out to Shane via WhatsApp with some questions about the build. Less than 3 days later, I was looking at this green beauty in my room and thinking to myself that I couldn’t have found a better re-entry point into custom PCs and gaming. Shortly after, I requested for an addition of a slim profile fan into the casing and this was completed swiftly by Chris in less than half an hour.
I want this review to really drive home the point that such a positive experience with a brand - online and offline, from initial purchase to aftersales, is not an easy find at all. Coming from a hospitality background and being someone who obsesses endlessly about little details of customer relationships, I wholeheartedly agree with many other clients here that the whole experience with DefinePC is top-tier. Not once did I feel I was being profiled through my questions and spending power, with both Shane and Chris effortlessly excelling in demonstrating how simple, satisfying and stress-free the whole custom-PC purchasing process could be. And what, it also comes with a three-year warranty? I don’t know how they do it but I love it.
